All of our designs come in three thicknesses; Travel, Studio or Big Bear;
Travel: 1mm thick, 1kg, foldable, machine washable
Studio: 3.5mm thick, 2.8kg, ideal for home or studio practice
Big Bear: 6mm thick, 4kg; ideal for injuries or those needing extra support

Washing Instructions:
When washing your mats, please machine wash with detergent only on a gentle cycle in cold water. Do not use bleach.
To speed up the drying process after washing, we recommend wrapping the mat in a towel and squeezing out any excess water.
Then simply hang to dry. Please never put your Zen Bear Mats in the dryer, as it will promote and accelerate the biodegrading process.
